Alma Roisum Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Alma Roisum Scholarship was established in the early 1970s by President Lloyd Svendsbye and the Luther Theological Seminary Board of Directors to honor the work and years of service that Alma contributed to the seminary community. She served Luther Seminary for many years as secretary to President Alvin Rogness and later to President Lloyd Svendsbye. Alma also contributed significantly to this fund through her estate following her death in 1999. This fund provides important financial support for deserving students enrolled in any degree program.
