Viola E. Lundeberg Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Viola E. Lundeberg Endowed Scholarship Fund was established by Miss Viola Lundeberg in December, 1988. Viola worked as a kindergarten teacher in Proctor, Minn., for over forty years and returned to her childhood home in the River Falls, Wis. area following retirement. She provided child care for the family of Dr. Roland and Marian Hammer, whose daughter Margaret went on to receive her Master of Divinity from Luther Northwestern Theological Seminary in 1983. This fund provides important support for financially deserving students who are members of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Proctor, Minn.; are residents of Pierce or St. Croix Counties in Wis.; of Proctor, Duluth, or Iron Range, Minn.; or of Minnesota or Wisconsin.
