International Student Endowed Scholarship Fund

The International Students Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in January, 1982 through a gift from the Rev. Gordon Syverson on behalf of Zion Lutheran Church in Hancock, Minn., and continues to be funded annually through the generous gifts of individuals and congregations. This fund was established in response to the growing need for funds to assist international students as they move to the U.S. to study at Luther Seminary. This fund provides important financial assistance to deserving international students enrolled in any degree program.
