The Dale Sorenson Family Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Dale Sorenson Family Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2016 by Dale in honor of his grandmother who had funded his Luther Seminary tuition, and also to honor his mother and sister who had sent funds to help with his expenses. After graduating with a BA in economics from St. Olaf, Dale graduated from Luther Seminary in 1964, and subsequently received an MA in Social Service Counseling. He retired as a deputy probation officer and is a member of the All Saints Episcopal Church in Pasadena, CA. Dale wishes to share his faith and love of the church with coming generations. The Dale Sorenson Family Endowed Scholarship Fund at Luther Seminary will provide important support for any deserving student at Luther.
