Jack and Lois Olson Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Jack and Lois Olson Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in January, 1990, by the people of Trinity Lutheran Church in Eau Claire, Wis., in honor of Pastor Jack Olson’s retirement. Jack previously served as a parish pastor at Elk Creek Lutheran in Osseo, Wis., Price Lutheran in Fairchild, Wis., Grace Lutheran in Larson, Wis., and Bethel Lutheran in Palatine, Ill. Jack is a 1950 graduate of Luther Theological Seminary. The fund provides important financial support for deserving students with first preference for members of Trinity Lutheran Church in Eau Claire, Wis., second preference for members of other ELCA congregations in Eau Claire, Wis., and third preference for members of the other parishes that Jack served.
