The Rev. Richard J. Foss and Dr. William V. Frame Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Rev. Richard J. Foss and Dr. William V. Frame Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in May 2014 by unanimous resolution of the Luther Seminary Board of Directors and the Luther Seminary Foundation Board of Trustees, to recognize and honor interim seminary president Rick Foss and interim seminary chief financial officer Bill Frame for their outstanding service to Luther Seminary during a challenging transition period of 2012-2014. Contributions to this fund were made by members of these boards as well as by other friends of the seminary. This scholarship provides full tuition support for qualified students in any degree program at Luther Seminary.
