Jonathan D. Anttila Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Jonathan D. Anttila Endowed Scholarship Fund was created on April 19, 2006, by the estate of Jon Anttila and his sister and brother-in-law Kathy and Robert Forsyth. It also received memorial gifts from many friends and colleagues at the time of Jon’s death. The fund was established in memory of their brother and friend Jonathan Anttila and to give thanks as a reflection of Jon’s stewardship and love for the mission of Luther Seminary so that the students benefiting from Jon’s generosity will share the good news of Jesus Christ with the world during their lives of service. Jon faithfully served Luther Seminary for over 25 years in the Business Office as Director of Accounting. This fund provides important support for financially deserving students with preference for students who are members of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
