Calvary Lutheran Church in Tucson, Ariz. Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Calvary Lutheran Church in Tucson, Ariz. Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in November, 1978, by the people of Calvary Lutheran Church. This congregation recognizes Luther Seminary as an important training ground for future church leaders. The people of Calvary established this fund to express their thanksgiving to God and to help Luther Seminary students prepare to strengthen and extend the ministries of Jesus Christ in the church and the world. Calvary Lutheran Church merged to form New Spirit Lutheran Church in 2005. This fund provides important financial support for deserving students enrolled in any degree program.
