Paul D. and Janice Y. Stroom Family Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Paul D. and Janice Y. Stroom Family Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in May, 2008, by Paul and Janice Stroom. The Strooms are active lay leaders who recognize Luther Seminary as an important training ground for future church leaders. They established this fund to express their thanksgiving to God and to help Luther Seminary students prepare to strengthen and extend the ministries of Jesus Christ in the church and the world. This fund provides important financial support for deserving M.Div. students who are members of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America based on either financial need or academic merit.
