Robert J. and Joyce H. Zinnel Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Robert J. and Joyce H. Zinnel Endowed Scholarship Fund was established on July 11, 1996, by Robert and Joyce Zinnel. Robert is an active lay leader in the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod who is interested in maintaining the seminary as a training ground for future leaders. Joyce died in 2001. The fund was established to express their thanksgiving and stewardship and to strengthen and extend the ministries of Jesus Christ in the church and the world. This fund provides important support for financially deserving M.Div. students preparing for ordained ministry, with preference for middler or senior students.
