Fred and Laura Maucher Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Fred and Laura Maucher Endowed Scholarship Fund was established by Laura Maucher in December, 1976. Fred and Laura were active lay leaders in their congregation who recognized Luther Seminary as an important training ground for future church leaders. Laura established this fund to honor the memory of her husband following his death in 1976. This fund provides important support for financially deserving students enrolled in any degree program.
