Zacharias H. Ordal Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Zacharias J. Ordal Endowed Scholarship Fund was established by the estate of Magnhild Fink in honor of her father, the Rev. Zacharias Ordal. Zacharias was born in Norway in 1875 and served parishes in Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, and Wisconsin before his death in 1949. Magnhild established this fund to express her thanksgiving to God and to help Luther Seminary students prepare to strengthen and extend the ministries of Jesus Christ in the church and the world. This fund supports deserving students studying theology.
