The Dr. Mariette Razivelo Current Scholarship Fund

The fund is named in honor of Dr. Mariette Razivelo, a graduate of Luther Seminary’s doctoral program, who has taught generations of theological students in the Malagasy Lutheran Church and provided wise leadership in the Lutheran World Federation (LWF). This fund is established by Dr. Kathryn L. Johnson, whose vocational homes have been in seminary education and ecumenical relations. Dr. Johnson is a graduate of St. Olaf College (B.A.), Cambridge University (M.A.), and Yale University (Ph.D.), and has worked for both the LWF and the ELCA churchwide office.
