The Sorenson Family Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Sorenson Family Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2012 by Arne and Ruth Sorenson and family. In establishing this fund, the Sorensons rejoice in and celebrate the faithful Christian witness provided to them through their families and their congregations over the years. They in turn wish to share their faith and love of the church with coming generations. The scholarship honors their parents and grandparents: Rev. Morris Alvin (Bo) Sorenson, Jr. (’53) and wife Dorothy; Rev. Paul Henry Christenson (’59) and wife Lois; Rev. Morris A. Sorenson (’26) and wife Bertha; Rev. Otto G. Austin (’16) and wife Esther. This fund will provide important support for deserving students in any degree program.
