Ron and Jean Peterson Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Ron and Jean Peterson Endowed Scholarship Fund was established by Ron and Jean in 2010. After farming for many years in Fisher, Minn. they retired to Grand Forks, N. D. Ron and Jean are lifelong Lutherans and live out their faith as leaders in their congregation. They are committed to supporting the students of Luther Seminary and have a strong desire to help the next generation of leaders for the church. This scholarship will be awarded with first preference to financially deserving students from the Northwestern Minnesota Synod and/or the Eastern North Dakota Synod of the ELCA; with second preference to any financially deserving students.
