Paul Wetzler Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Paul Wetzler Scholarship Fund was established in 1990 by Paul’s son, Richard, and has also received significant contributions from Paul’s former colleague, Mr. Duane Swenson. Paul was a Lutheran pastor who served parishes throughout the Midwest, including the Twin Cities areas, and he was also an outstanding mentor in training Luther Seminary students for ministry, including Duane. This fund was established to honor his memory and his passion for stewardship, and provides important financial support for deserving students with an interest in stewardship.
