Helen and Floyd Miller Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Helen and Floyd Miller Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund was established by a gift from Helen Miller’s estate in 2003. Her husband, Floyd, continued to add to the fund, and the name of the fund was changed to include him in 2006. Helen served for four years on Luther Seminary’s Board of Directors, and faithfully contributed talents and finances to the seminary during her life. The fund provides important support for financially deserving students from the ELCA, giving preference first to students from Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Aberdeen, South Dakota, then to students from the South Dakota Synod.
