Wittmer Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Wittmer Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in January, 1990, by the estate of Olga M. Wittmer to honor the memory of her son, Earl. Olga was an active lay leader who recognized Luther Seminary as an important training ground for future church leaders. She established this fund to express her thanksgiving to God and to help Luther Seminary students prepare to strengthen and extend the ministries of Jesus Christ in the church and the world. Olga died in October, 1989, and was predeceased by Earl. This fund provides important financial support for deserving students enrolled in any degree program.
