Myrtle A. Lemme Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Myrtle Lemme Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in July, 2000, by the estate of Myrtle Lemme. Myrtle and her husband, Andrew, were active lay leaders in their congregation, Willow Creek Lutheran Church near Baltic, South Dakota. Andrew died in August, 1968. Myrtle established this fund to express her thanksgiving and stewardship, and to help prepare Luther Seminary students to strengthen and extend the ministries of Jesus Christ in the life of the church. This fund provides important financial support for deserving students in any degree program.
