Hazel C. Christenson Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Hazel C. Christenson Endowed Scholarship Fund was established by the estate of Hazel Christenson. Hazel was an active lay leader in her congregation who recognized Luther Seminary as an important training ground for future church leaders. She established this fund to express her thanksgiving to God and to help Luther Seminary students prepare to strengthen and extend the ministries of Jesus Christ in the church and the world. Hazel died in February, 2008. This fund provides important financial support for deserving students enrolled in any degree program.
