Norris A. Hanson Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Mr. and Mrs. Norris A. Hanson Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in December, 1971, by Norris and Ella Hanson. They saw Luther Seminary as an important institution in training the next generation of leaders for the church, and they wanted to help make a Luther Seminary education more affordable for people who felt God’s call to prepare for ministry. The fund was established to provide important financial support to deserving second-career students who are married.
