Richard Olson Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Richard Olson Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in March, 1976, by Earl and Alice Hill to honor the memory of their brother and brother-in-law. The Hills were active lay leaders who recognized Luther Seminary as an important training ground for future church leaders. They established this fund to express their thanksgiving to God and to help Luther Seminary students prepare to strengthen and extend the ministries of Jesus Christ in the church and the world. This fund provides important support for financially deserving students enrolled in any degree program.
