William Hogan Endowed Scholarship Fund

The William Hogan Endowed Scholarship Fund was established by William “Bill” Hogan in 2004. Before retirement, Bill owned a fabric business with stores located throughout the midwestern United States. His daughter now runs the business. Bill and his wife Jean were active lay leaders at their congregation, Vinje Lutheran Church in Willmar, Minn. This fund was established out of Bill’s sense of the critical need for the seminary to produce pastors who are excellent biblical preachers and who can connect the Bible to everyday life. This fund provides important financial support for deserving M.Div. students.
