Sandra R. and D. Allen Dalton Family Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Sandra R. and D. Allen Dalton Family Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in October, 1993, by Mrs. Sandra R. and Mr. D. Allen Dalton. The Daltons are active lay leaders in their congregation, Immanuel Lutheran Church in Boise, Idaho. Both Allen and Sandra have served on the Church Council and both have worked with the congregation’s youth. Allen served as council president. Sandra has served on the boards of several community and religious organizations, including Luther Heights Bible Camp, the Boise Rescue Mission and Boise Rescue Mission Foundation, and the St. Luke’s Health Foundation. Over the years, Immanuel has hosted several interns from Luther Seminary, who have served faithfully and well. This fund was established in recognition of the church’s need to train future leaders, and provides important financial support for deserving students in any degree program.
