Nora M. Nelson Family Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Nora M. Nelson Endowed Scholarship Fund was established on March 23, 1998, by the estate of Nora Nelson. The fund was established to provide financial assistance so that students can more easily access a seminary education to prepare for ministry. This fund provides important support, regardless of financial need, for deserving students with first preference for members of Grace Lutheran Church in Belview, Minn., second preference for members of the Scenic Valley Conference of the ELCA Southwestern Minnesota Synod, and third preference for members of the Southwestern Minnesota Synod of the ELCA.
