Andrew and Constance Burgess Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Andrew and Constance Burgess Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in March, 1971, by Dr. Andrew and Constance Burgess. Andrew was a 1924 graduate of Luther Theological Seminary who later served as a professor at Luther Theological Seminary. The Burgesses established this fund to express their thanksgiving to God and to help Luther Seminary students prepare to strengthen and extend the ministries of Jesus Christ in the church and the world. Andrew died in August, 1993. Constance died in June, 1997. This fund provides important financial support for deserving full-time M.Div. students preparing to serve in global mission.
